These Terms and Conditions govern the 'Moorlands' introductory offer provided by Royale Boiler Services ("we", "us", "our"). By using this offer, customers agree to be bound by the following terms:
Offer Details
Customers are entitled to 10% off boiler services when quoting the code 'Moorlands' at the time of booking.
The offer applies to boiler services only and does not extend to installations, repairs, spare parts, or any other services.
Eligibility
The offer is available to new and existing customers of Royale Boiler Services.
Customers must mention the code 'Moorlands' when booking their service by phone.
The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
Offer Duration
The offer is valid for bookings made and scheduled for completion before 15/10/2025.
Bookings for services scheduled after this date will not be eligible for the discount.
Exclusions and Limitations
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
The discount applies to labour charges only and does not cover additional parts or materials.
The offer is subject to availability, and Royale Boiler Services reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
Cancellation and Amendments
If a booking is rescheduled beyond 15/10/2025, the discount will no longer apply.
Royale Boiler Services reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the offer at any time without prior notice.
Legal Compliance
This offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
