Meet the Team

Since 2015, we have covered both domestic and commercial boiler servicing in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and surrouding areas. During this period, we have built a fantastic team of highly trained heating engineers from Stoke-on-Trent. Our welcoming and professional team is always knowledgeable and attentive when it comes to your boiler servicing, repair and installation. 

Andy

Founder & Owner
Meet Andy
Founder and owner of Royale Boiler Services Ltd. Andy spent nine years in the Royal Engineers before carrying those skilled he learned into a civilian career in heating engineering. He worked for British Gas commercial and Baxi Boilers before setting up on his own eight years ago. Andy’s mission was to create a small company that always demonstrates the same high standards of professionalism expected from companies like British Gas, whilst maintaining a more personal friendly feel for his customers. Andy is a family man and an animal lover, having dogs, rabbits and chickens at home. He loves keeping fit through sport, being a big fan of rugby, football, mountaineering and martial arts. He is also a lover of whale watching.

Ben

Operations Manager
Meet Ben

As Operations Manager, Ben joined the team in 2021 and will normally be your first point of contact with Royale Boiler Services Ltd. Based at our offices in Fenton he manages the day to day running of the business as well as the continued growth of the company. Ben joined the heating engineering industry at the same time as joining Royale Boilers Services, having had a previous career in hospitality management. You may recognise him from the management teams at several local and successful restaurants such as The Orange Tree in Trent Vale and The Swan with two Necks in Blackbrook. Ben is a family man and enjoys home carpentry, playing the piano, running and visiting cathedrals.

Anthony

Heating Engineer
Meet Anthony

Anthony joined us in 2024 and soon settled in very well with his strong work ethic and dedication to our customers. Anthony has 21 years experience in the trade and as a result has a broad range of expertise. Having started his carreer in domoestic gas he soon added commercial, LPG and oil to his arsenal of skills, before moving into the renewable sector with both biomass and air source heat pumps. He is an avid learner of new technologies and loves a challenge!

In his spare time Ant is a keen follower of football and a family man, both of which keep him very busy!

Andy H

Meet Andy H

Andy joined the team in 2024 full time after working on many installations with us over previous years. He brings with him a wealth of experience especially with regards to plumbing and installations. 

In his free time Andy enjoys family and dog time as well as gaming.

Rob

Heating Engineer
Meet Rob

Rob joined Royale Boiler Services in 2024 and quickly settled in and added a great deal to the team! Whether install, heat pumps, services or fault finding, Rob will be able to help you! 

In his free time Rob loves his motorcross bikes and combing his fabulous hair!

Tina

Heating Engineer
Meet Tina

Tina is the voice of Royale Boilers after joining us in 2024, she quickly became an integral part of the team. Tina's wealth of experience in business administration across a wide range of trades has been invaluable. 

A keen walker, Tina loves getting out into the countryside in her free time.
